U Aty trafiłam na przepyszne ciasteczka czekoladowe. Są łatwe w wykonaniu i przeeepyszne.
Ciasteczka czekoladowe
Składniki:
- 2 tabliczki gorzkiej czekolady
- 2 tabliczki mlecznej czekolady
- 2/3 kostki masła
To wszystko roztapiamy w kąpieli wodnej i pozwalamy masie przestygnąć. A w międzyczasie przygotowujemy resztę składników:
- 4 jajka
- 1 szklankę cukru
- 16g cukru waniliowego
- 2 szczypty soli
- 2 łyżeczki proszku do pieczenia
- 4 łyżki kakao
- 3 szklanki mąki
Jajka ucieramy z cukrem i cukrem waniliowym, dodajemy ostudzoną masę czekoladową i resztę składników. Mieszamy i odstawiamy do lodówki na 1 godzinę. Masa jest dość rzadka, ale po godzinnym odstaniu w lodówce gęstnieje. Ze schłodzonego ciasta toczymy w dłoniach kuleczki wielkości włoskiego orzecha i pieczemy ok 12min w 175st.
Natychmiast po upieczeniu obtaczamy w cukrze pudrze.
Do kilku ciasteczek dodałam migdały.
A tu masa czekoladowa i moja mała smakoszka z jej resztkami ;)
